Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their selected duration.

If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time:

Manage your subscription directly through your customer account.
Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.

Once cancelled, no future charges will be made.

A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation has been processed.
Billing & Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed, unless otherwise stated.

If a subscription order has already been processed, shipped, or delivered, a refund cannot be issued.

We are unable to refund payments for products that have already been fulfilled.
Orders Already Fulfilled

Orders that have been shipped or delivered are considered complete.

Delivery status is determined by the carrier’s tracking information (such as USPS).

Refunds cannot be issued for delivered items, even if a subscription is cancelled after shipment.
